- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The internet has led me to Dr Carls as the owner/president of the truly awful FPS Medical Center. I'd love to talk to my actual doctor, Christian Grandell, but the office won't let me. Dr. Grandell was a good doctor. Unfortunately, the staff, including office manager Tammie Smith, won't let me see him. What did I do to get banned by a doctor? Well, I made the serious error of questioning whether a visit was necessary. See, FPS likes to book you as many times as possible. In this case, they expected me to book 4 separate appointments to do something that could be done in 1 by other doctors. I asked to speak with my doctor or management and was denied both. Then I received a letter stating they wouldn't care for me any more. The letter stated they'd continue to care for me for two weeks and forward my records, then they refused to do either. DO NOT PUT YOUR HEALTH IN THE HANDS OF THESE PEOPLE.September 13, 2017by White Oak
