  It is rare that I spend the time to focus on negativity, but I hope that they will receive enough bad reviews that they will see that something needs to change at this office. I have been a patient of this office since I was a little girl. I am loyal to the doctors and over the years the staff has become worse and worse. They really dropped the ball on my referral for allergy shots. I went round and round with my insurance only to find out it was negligence and lack of knowledge by FPS. I am now facing having to pay for claims that are always covered because they refuse to take responsibility and help rectify the situation. They made me pay for additional referral visits instead of trying to fix the first referral and even admitted that they did not know what they were doing since the process was new and confusing to them- all I got was a big "Oh Well" Very bad business.

  FSP Totally violates HIPPA privacy. The male Dr. I worked with for a time was respectable. The PA on the other hand, she has a God like complex and very disrepectful. Serve this nation losing my trade becoming disabled just to have the PA violate HIPPA and treat me like a second class peice of trash. Literally stated she violated HIPPA privacy to my face. Respectfully if you dont believe this just go ahead and visit.

  I see Christian and he's fine and so is his nurse. Most of the administrative staff on the other hand are not. The billing people are the worst. I've had to question her on several occasions and WOW did she get pissed at me. Get over it. She was wrong and had no intention in making it right. Watch her with both eyes, keep your receipts, and stay on top of it.
